Each portfolio is analyzed on more than 100 different data points to determine various decision-making metrics, such as Risk-Adjusted Yield, Expected Cash Flows, IRR, Annualized Net Charge-off Rate, Lifetime Loss Rate, ROA, ROI, and many more
DUE DILIGENCE
Due diligence is conducted on both the portfolio and selling entity:

Portfolios are reviewed for properly assigned and executed retail installment contracts, titles and/or its state equivalent, ancillary documents, and all required disclosures. In addition, proprietary models are used on collection notes and transaction histories to identify impairments, validate data integrity, reamortize loan balances, and calculate delinquency trends, as well as gauge collection efforts.

The selling entity is put through a thorough background check to include a review of financial statements, BBB, LexisNexis, UCC filings, state licensing, policies and procedures, underwriting guidelines, and more.
COMPLIANCE
The selling entity and its portfolio are reviewed, tested and audited for compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
